Membership Rules
To keep the space fair, safe, and inspiring for everyone:
Booking
All rentals must be booked directly through email or phone call. Please email us at:
Members can book up to X hours per month (depending on membership tier).
Unused hours do not roll over.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations under 48 hours will forfeit the reserved time.
Check-In & Access
Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your booking.
Respect start and end times. Exceeding time may result in extra charges.
Guests & Collaborators
You may bring clients, models, or team members.
Large productions (over 12 people) must be approved in advance.
Studio Care
Handle equipment and sets with care.
Return furniture, props, and gear to original places.
Clean up after your session. Trash and personal items must be removed.
Damage & Liability
Members are financially responsible for any damage caused during use.
The studio is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Restrictions
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances.
No glitter, confetti, paint, or open flames without prior approval.
Pets allowed only with written approval.
Conduct
Respect other members, staff, and the space.
Loud music must be kept at a reasonable volume.

Q1. How do I book my hours?
You’ll receive a private link to our booking system where you can schedule your sessions.
Q2. What if I need extra hours?
Members get discounted add-on rates beyond their included hours.
Q3. Can I share my membership with another photographer?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and linked to one person or business.
Q4. Do my hours roll over if I don’t use them?
No, unused hours expire at the end of each month.
Q5. What happens if I damage equipment or props?
You’ll be billed for repair or replacement. Please treat everything as if it’s your own.
Q6. Can I bring assistants, models, or clients?
Yes! Just make sure the total group size stays within your membership tier’s limits.
Q7. Is lighting included?
Yes, basic lighting and modifiers are included. Specialty gear may be rented separately.
Q8. Can I host workshops or events under my membership?
Workshops and events require prior approval and may have additional fees.
Q9. What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 48 hours before your session to keep your hours. Late cancellations will forfeit that time.
Q10. How do I upgrade or cancel my membership?
Email us anytime. Changes will take effect the following billing cycle.
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled with a 30-day written notice. If you commit to a 3-month plan, early cancellations may result in a penalty fee.
