1. No smoking, vaping, or open flames anywhere inside the building

2. No drugs or illegal activity allowed on the premises

3. No loud music, live bands, or DJ equipment

4. No glitter, confetti, powders, smoke bombs, fake snow, feathers, or any small particles that are difficult to clean

5. Outside food and drinks are allowed — please clean up after yourself

6. Guests are responsible for setup and teardown within their rental time

7. Overtime will be charged according to Peerspace policy

8. Please return all furniture, props, and decor to their original placement before leaving

9. Do not use walls, mirrors, or furniture as backdrops unless approved

10. Children must be supervised at all times
    

Infinity (Cyclorama) Wall Rules:

1. Only clean shoes, shoe covers (provided), or socks are allowed on the cyclorama wall

2. Do not step on the curved corners or base of the cyc wall — it can crack or get damaged

3. No liquids, food, or messy props allowed on the cyclorama

4. If you damage the cyc wall, additional repair fees may apply
   

Pets:

1. Pets are allowed only with prior approval

2. Must be leashed or crated when not being photographed

3. Any accidents must be cleaned immediately by the renter

4. Owner assumes full responsibility for pet behavior and any damages

Cleanliness & Respect:

1. Leave the space as you found it — clean, organized, and trash disposed of

2. Use shoe covers at all times when inside the studio (provided at entrance)

3. Any spills or messes must be cleaned up immediately

4. Any damages must be reported before leaving

1. Studio lighting and gear may be used. Extra cost may apply for specific equipment.

2. Do not unplug or rewire any lighting setups without permission

3. If you bring your own equipment, please use sandbags or proper weights to ensure safety

4. No rough handling of light stands, backdrops, or modifiers

5. Renter is responsible for any damage to equipment during the booking

1. No adult content, pornography, or nudity.

2. No use of body oils, lotions, or substances that may stain furniture or flooring

3. No climbing or sitting on studio furniture not intended for that purpose

4. No taping, nailing, or attaching anything to the walls or ceiling

5. No loitering outside the studio space or in common areas of the building
